Description: Working with Sodexo, Campus Facilities, and a student start-up, we are implementing a pilot program for onsite composting of campus food waste. We aim to divert all dining hall waste as well as to educate the campus community about the impact associated with it.

Goal: To divert campus food waste from the waste stream and produce usable compost and eventually usable heat.
